Has anyone ever said to you, "It's crazy how much you read"? Do you silently put their name in your black book of people to disown? But seriously, people have all kind of vices and indulgences. Is reading really one that should be criticized?
Reasons books are the best habit to get into: 1. Reading strengthens your mind. 2. Reading helps you empathize better. 3. Reading builds your vocabulary. 4. Reading helps prevent cognitive decline when you age. 5. Reading reduces stress. 6. Reading helps you to sleep better. 7. Reading alleviates depression. (Although, some books make me super sad.) 8. Reading will help you live longer.
